Tuğba Yazar is a trainee attorney at Mona Hukuk, completing her legal education at Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Law (2019–2026). She is actively developing her expertise across a diverse range of practice areas, with a particular focus on attorneys’ rights, medical malpractice in health law, immigration law for foreign nationals, joint custody arrangements and comparative family law, indefinite alimony under Turkish family law, and criminal liability arising from earthquake-related incidents.

Tuğba communicates proficiently in English at B2 level, enabling her to assist and support foreign clients throughout their legal processes.
