Mustafa AKCAKUS is a partner attorney and founding member of Mona Hukuk, a law firm based in Antalya dedicated to serving foreign clients and international businesses operating in Turkey. He graduated from Selcuk University Faculty of Law in 2014 and began his legal career as a freelance attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association before continuing his practice at the Antalya Bar Association. He has since built a focused practice in Information Technology Law and Artificial Intelligence Law, alongside expertise in real estate, Turkish citizenship, and foreigners law.

Mustafa advises technology companies, startups, and foreign investors on compliance with Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK), IT regulations, AI-related legal frameworks, and cross-border technology agreements. He is committed to providing practical, internationally oriented legal counsel to clients navigating the Turkish legal system.
